Privacy Policy: Snake 3D Dimensions

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game Snake 3D Dimensions: Puzzle (package ovh.rootm.snake3ddimensions, the "Game"), published on Google Play. The Game is developed by Tomasz Maciorowski (Rootm Games, "we"), who is the data controller for the data described below. Contact: tm@rootm.ovh.

In short: the Game has no accounts and we do not collect your name, email or any other data on our own servers. Your progress and settings stay on your device. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, which processes device data as described below. Buying the full version removes ads.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of the Game shows full-screen (interstitial) ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect and process your device's Advertising ID, IP address (from which an approximate location can be derived), device and operating system information, information about how you interact with ads, and crash and performance diagnostics. Data is encrypted in transit.

Whether ads are personalised depends on your choices. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, ads are personalised only with your consent; otherwise non-personalised ads are shown. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads or Settings → Privacy → Ads).

In-app purchase (Google Play Billing)

You can unlock the full version with a single one-time purchase. The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive your payment card details or billing address. The Game only receives confirmation from Google Play that the purchase was made and saves the unlock status on your device. After buying the full version, the Game no longer shows ads.

Rating prompt (Google Play In-App Review)

After you complete certain levels, the Game may ask you to rate it with the Google Play In-App Review window. The window is shown and handled by Google Play; we do not receive any personal data from it.

Data stored on your device

Your level progress, settings (such as sound and control side) and levels you create in the editor are saved in the Game's private storage on your device. We have no access to them. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data removes them.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Personalised ads: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Non-personalised ads, ad measurement and fraud prevention: our legitimate interest in funding the free version of the Game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
In-app purchase: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

We do not hold any of your data on our own servers. Data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the Game or clear its data. Data processed by Google is retained according to the Google Privacy Policy.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Because we do not store your data ourselves, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google; you can still contact us at tm@rootm.ovh and we will help within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Children

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Game, contact us at tm@rootm.ovh.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when the Game adds new features. Changes will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.

Reklamy (Google AdMob)

Darmowa wersja Gry wyświetla pełnoekranowe reklamy (interstitial) dostarczane przez Google AdMob. Aby wyświetlać i mierzyć reklamy, AdMob może zbierać i przetwarzać identyfikator reklamowy urządzenia, adres IP (na jego podstawie można ustalić przybliżoną lokalizację), informacje o urządzeniu i systemie, informacje o interakcjach z reklamami oraz dane diagnostyczne o awariach i wydajności. Dane są szyfrowane podczas przesyłania.

To, czy reklamy są spersonalizowane, zależy od Twoich wyborów. Jeśli przebywasz w Europejskim Obszarze Gospodarczym, Wielkiej Brytanii lub Szwajcarii, reklamy są personalizowane tylko za Twoją zgodą; w przeciwnym razie wyświetlane są reklamy niespersonalizowane. Identyfikator reklamowy możesz zresetować lub usunąć, a personalizację reklam wyłączyć w ustawieniach Androida (Ustawienia → Google → Reklamy lub Ustawienia → Prywatność → Reklamy).

Zakup w aplikacji (Google Play Billing)

Pełną wersję odblokowujesz jednorazowym zakupem. Płatność w całości obsługuje Google Play. Nigdy nie otrzymujemy danych Twojej karty ani adresu rozliczeniowego. Gra dostaje od Google Play tylko potwierdzenie zakupu i zapisuje stan odblokowania na urządzeniu. Po zakupie pełnej wersji Gra nie wyświetla już reklam.

Prośba o ocenę (Google Play In-App Review)

Po ukończeniu niektórych poziomów Gra może poprosić o ocenę w okienku Google Play In-App Review. Okienko wyświetla i obsługuje Google Play; nie otrzymujemy z niego żadnych danych osobowych.

Dane zapisane na urządzeniu

Postęp w poziomach, ustawienia (np. dźwięk i strona sterowania) oraz poziomy utworzone w edytorze są zapisywane w prywatnym katalogu Gry na Twoim urządzeniu. Nie mamy do nich dostępu. Odinstalowanie Gry lub wyczyszczenie jej danych usuwa je.

Podstawa prawna (RODO)

Reklamy spersonalizowane: Twoja zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO), którą możesz w każdej chwili wycofać.
Reklamy niespersonalizowane, pomiar reklam i zapobieganie oszustwom: nasz prawnie uzasadniony interes, czyli finansowanie darmowej wersji Gry (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
Zakup w aplikacji: wykonanie umowy (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO).

Okres przechowywania

Nie przechowujemy Twoich danych na własnych serwerach. Dane na urządzeniu pozostają do odinstalowania Gry lub wyczyszczenia jej danych. Dane przetwarzane przez Google są przechowywane zgodnie z Polityką prywatności Google.

Twoje prawa

Masz prawo dostępu do swoich danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo sprzeciwu, prawo do przenoszenia danych oraz prawo do wycofania zgody. Ponieważ sami nie przechowujemy Twoich danych, prośby dotyczące danych reklamowych najlepiej kierować do Google; możesz też napisać do nas na tm@rootm.ovh, a pomożemy w ciągu 30 dni. Przysługuje Ci również prawo do wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).

Dzieci

Gra jest przeznaczona dla osób w wieku 13 lat i starszych i nie jest skierowana do dzieci. Świadomie nie zbieramy danych osobowych dzieci. Jeśli uważasz, że dziecko przekazało dane osobowe za pośrednictwem Gry, napisz na tm@rootm.ovh.

Zmiany

Możemy aktualizować tę politykę, na przykład gdy w Grze pojawią się nowe funkcje. Zmiany opublikujemy na tej stronie z nową datą aktualizacji.
